FAQ's
Can I bring my own buffet?
Yes, you can bring your own food to your function - all we ask is that you clear away any mess before you leave the premises.
Can I leave my vehicle in your car park overnight?
No, we would not advise this. Should you leave your vehicle on the premises overnight it will be left at your own risk and gate opening times are only Mon-Thur 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-3.30pm.
Can I set up for my function earlier than 7pm?
Bar staff would be in from 6.20pm, you are more than welcome to come in at that point to set up your function.*
How many tables and chairs do you have?
We have 5 large tressel tables for a buffet, 15 tables and 100 chairs.
Am I allowed to bring my own drink to put on the tables?
No, this is a licensed premises so ALL drinks (including soft drinks) must be purchased from the bar.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
The FULL BALANCE + DEPOSIT must be paid when completing a booking form at the County Offices.
When will I recieve my deposit back?
You deposit is returned to you with in 14 days after your funcation as long as no damage has been caused to the premises.
I am looking to have an 18th Birthday Party, would you host this?
Sorry, at this time the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA does not host 18th Birthday parties.
