Leagues can use The FA's League Management System, called Full-Time, to help monitor changes in behaviour, through referee feedback.
Referees officiating for Leagues using Full-Time can use it after matches to comment on:
The behaviour of the teams, officials and spectators
Their own enjoyment of the matches they officiate in
If your league is not already using Full-Time and wants to set up on The FA's system, go to www.thefa.com/FullTime to register your league.
Using Full-Time has many benefits, including enabling your referees to have their say about behaviour via its online referee feedback system. County Football Associations will also run free workshops during the season to help introduce these services for leagues.
In addition to monitoring behaviour through referees, we will also be using a variety of research methods across the game to gather information on behaviour. These will include surveys, interviews with participants, focus group sessions, message boards and the use of video diaries with selected participants.
You do not have to use Full-Time to be involved in Respect but we recommend that you sign up to one of the free workshops to be shown the benefits of using the free league administration system.
