Governance is about ensuring that football is administered and organised within the Rules and Regulations of The FA and County FA.
Governance includes such areas as discipline, affiliations, rules and sanctions, competitions and Referees.
Chris Parkin, Governance Manager explains that "we are not just about taking money from players and clubs. We have to ensure that football is enjoyed by the majority and not spolit by the minority. We aim to provide a consistent and transparent service."
