The program is funded by Sport England and backed by Mars, The FAs adult football partner. The aim of the project is increasing the number of adults (aged 16+) participating in football by 20,500 new players taking part in some form of football activity by 2013!
Leicestershire and Rutland have a Get into Football Officer working specifically in North West Leicestershire who is working to develop the number of opportunities for males and females to take part in the game, including club development, 5 aside and casual football.
