Vacancy: Football Services Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Football Services Team at the Leicestershire & Rutland County Football Association (LRCFA).

Salary - £14,000 per annum
37.5 Hrs per week (Full Time)
Contract until 30th June 2014

LRCFA are looking to recruit a Football Services Administrator to support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy in Leicestershire & Rutland and provide a high quality secretarial and administrative support to County FA Services staff.

The person appointed will need to have excellent computer skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (or an equivalent software package) and the ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems used by the LRCFA. The ability to multi-task and handle a busy work schedule is essential. You must be a team player and have the ability to use your own initiative, a keen eye for detail is essential as data quality entered at this stage impacts the entire Football Services Process.
The post is based at the Leicestershire & Rutland County Football Association Headquarters at Holmes Park, Whetstone, Leicester, working 37.5 hours per week. Office hours for this post are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however some additional work outside of these hours may be required, in which case the successful applicant will receive reasonable notice.
