The Leicestershire and Rutland County FA has today made several charges following an U15s match between Blaby & Whetstone Boys Club FC and Leicester Nirvana Juniors/Youth FC on 21st October 2012.
Having investigated the alleged incidents the Association has issued the following charges:
Blaby & Whetstone Boys Club FC
- E20(b) – Failure to ensure spectators/unauthorised persons encroach onto the pitch
- E20(as) – Failure to ensure supporters conducted themselves in an orderly fashion
- Charge 2: It is alleged that spectator(s) used offensive and/or abusive and/or insulting and/or threatening language aggravated by race
Player ‘A’ (Blaby & Whetstone Boys Club FC)
Up to two alleged breaches of E3 - Improper Conduct
- Comments made on Social Networking site Twitter (threatening language and/or aggravated by faith)
- Comments on the conclusion of the above match (aggravated by race and/or ethnicity and/or colour).
Player ‘B’ (Leicester Nirvana Juniors/Youth FC)
One alleged breach of E3 – Improper Conduct in relation to comments on social networking site Facebook.
Player ‘C’ (Leicester Nirvana Juniors/Youth FC)
One alleged breach of E3 – Improper Conduct in relation to comments on social networking site Facebook.
The Match Referee
Up to two breaches of E3 – Improper Conduct in relation to failing to report disciplinary matters in this and another fixture.
Each party has until Thursday 13th December 2012 to respond.
The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA will provide no additional information until the cases are brought to a conclusion.
