Futsal
Futsal provision is developing rapidly in Leicestershire & Rutland and as a result there is a call for more Futsal Match Officials. At present there are Youth Male, Open Age Male and Open Age Female Futsal Leagues operating. Futsal activities take place between November and May are all based indoors. If you are interested in refereeing this exciting new form of football and wish to attend a Futsal Match Official Conversion Course please contact Matthew Hurst (RDM) using the contact details at the foot of this page.
Inclusive (Disability) Football
If you are an experienced or indeed a new referee who would like to become involved in refereeing footballers within various disability groups, whether it be learning, physical or sensory, then we would welcome your involvement. We run a number of events on weekdays and weekends, involving schools, colleges and clubs from grassroots to excellence.
- An extensive range of competitions for Special Schools and Special Needs Students in mainstream education.
- Leicestershire and Rutland Inclusive Football League - Regular fixture events around the City and County over the season, where youngsters, adults, females and males, juniors, youth and adult teams attend.
- Opportunities to become a referee for Power-Chair Football / Blind Futsal / Cerebral Palsy Football and Deaf Football.

University & College Football
The vast majority of Universities and Colleges ask County FAs across the Country to appoint match officials to their football fixtures. As such we are always looking for officials who are available to officiate on Wednesday Afternoons. Games are played all over the County and Officials are paid standard rates as per County FA Regulations.
