Leicestershire & Rutland County FA are committed to ensure that candidates have the best learning experience on any of our courses delivered within our Education programme.

All tutors and assessors who deliver for us as a recognised centre are guided by our education courses policies and procedures.

Leicestershire & Rutland County FA adheres to a strict cancellation policy and by enrolling onto our course(s) you agree to have read and to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

By enrolling onto our course(s) you agree to attend all dates associated to the course. Failure to attend all dates will result in non-qualification.

The following will apply to all course cancellations in relation to the start date of each course;

No refund of course cost if no notice or 14 days or less notice is given.

- 50% of course cost will be refunded if more than 14 days’ notice is given. A card Transaction fee will also be deducted.

- Where more than 21 days’ notice is given of cancellation, a full refund minus an admin charge of £10 plus a card transaction fee will be processed.

- Safeguarding Children workshops, Emergency First Aid workshops and Welfare Officer workshops, will apply to the rules above, except where more than 21 days notice is given of cancellation a full refund minus an administration charge of £5 plus card transaction fee will be deducted.

- Candidates unable to attend courses or individual course dates they have booked on to are not permitted to transfer between courses or transfer their place between individuals.

Leicestershire & Rutland County FA reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient numbers. As much notice as possible will be given. If the course is cancelled for whatever reason by Leicestershire FA prior to its commencement, a full refund will be given or the opportunity to transfer to another course.

The Leveled coaching badges do not expire e.g. Level 1 in coaching football/Level 2 in coaching football/UEFA B etc. However other courses such as Emergency First Aid, Safeguarding Children, BFAS will need to be renewed every 3 years. Please ensure that you fully complete the course (for Level 1 including online modules and for Level 2 and above completing your insitu visits in the 2 year time period of beginning your course). Over time if this is not resolved it may not be possible to complete them in the future. 

Yes - please be advised all of our courses are delivered using the English language. To complete the course learners will be required to have a sound understanding of English; both oral and written.


If you are unable to understand or speak the English language you will be required to provide a translator for the duration of the course. If you are bringing a translator you will be required to let Leicestershire FA know in advance of the course start date.
