Places Available for Referee Courses

The FA Mini-Soccer Referee Course at Brockington College and The FA Referee Course at Moat Community College are now fully booked, however limited…

The first of two available FA Referees Courses will begin on Wednesday 27 July, 6.30pm at Holmes Park – with candidates invited to register until 12.00pm that day. (Please note this course has sessions at both Holmes Park and Charnwood College)

The FA Referee Course is aimed at candidates aged 16 and above and will permit them to referee 9v9 or 11v11 matches.

Full payment will be required at the time of booking, but if you choose not to continue with the course after attending the Introduction Event a full refund will be given. If you currently have a FAN number, it is of paramount important that you use this to register as opposed to unnecessarily creating a new one.

The total cost of The FA Referee Course will be £195. This price will include a referee registration fee with LRCFA for Season 2016-2017 and a full set of referee kit and equipment.

Please take note of the following important information:

•    Places will be allocated on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis. All places must be booked online and paid for in full at the time of registration. We are not able to ‘hold’ or reserve places for perspective candidates.
•    100% complete attendance is required on any LRCFA referee courses. Should you fail to achieve 100% attendance on every part of the course you will be deemed to have failed and you will not be qualified. In such an instance strictly no refunds will be offered and such you wish to pursue your course, you will have to re-register onto a future course, complete the future course in full and pay the full price.
•    The only exception to attending The FA Safeguarding Children Workshop for candidates aged 16 or above and / or undertaking a FA Criminal Records Check, as of the initial Theory and Practical session date for the course onto which you have booked, will be those individuals who already have a FAN number and have the necessary accreditation. In such circumstances, you must register onto your preferred course using your current FAN number.
•    All candidates aged 16 years or above as of the initial Theory and Practical session date for the course onto which you have booked will have to complete a FA Criminal Records Check. The cost of this will be met by LRCFA. Details of how to do this will be provided at the Introduction Events.
•    All candidates should take note of the refund / cancellation policy. This information can be found before you secure your place via the course relevant link.
