Among the camps are a series of girls-only sessions, which are FREE to be a part of.

The FA Skills Holiday Camps provide an excellent opportunity for players to develop their skills and enjoy high-quality coaching sessions which are delivered by knowledgeable FA Skills Coaches. There are limited places available on a number of courses, make sure you don’t miss out by CLICKING HERE now to book!

Mixed sessions are available for £5 per child, giving young male and female footballers a chance to play together and give themselves a good footing to carry on playing football into the next season.

There is also a selection of FREE girls-only sessions, which are aimed at increasing female participation in the sport. Girls who have not played football before are more than welcome, with sessions delivered in an inclusive environment where newcomers can start playing the game.

Shaun Waite, Football Development Officer (Participation) at the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA, said: “The FA Skills Summer Holiday Camps provide an excellent opportunity for young players to be coached by expert FA coaches in a safe, friendly and fun environment. In addition, the Skills coaches will be able to provide players with information on continuing their football beyond the summer, whether it be in local Charter Standard clubs or local FA Skills Centres that are delivered on a weekly basis throughout the year.”
