Success for Referees in Leicestershire

Congratulations to the following Leicestershire & Rutland County FA officials who have received a number of prestigious appointments and promotions.
Firstly, Olly Mackey has been promoted to Level 3 (Contributory League referee).

Abbas Khan has been promoted to the Football League Assistant Referees’ list and will now be officiating fixtures in EFL Leagues 1 and 2.

Meanwhile, after being appointed to the National League North Play-Off final between Halifax Town and Chorley on Saturday 13 May, Matt Law has been promoted to the Panel Select Assistant Referees’ list, which means he will now be running the line for National League fixtures.

Finally, Michael Butterworth, Mehul Karia, Matt Jackson, Jacob Lehane, Liam Mayes and Jack Weeks have all been promoted to Level 4 (Supply League referee and Contributory League assistant referee).

Leicestershire & Rutland County FA would like to congratulate these referees on their fantastic achievements.
