The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA is delighted to offer a full-time position for a Referee Development Lead. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of our Referee Development Programme.

About the Role:

• You'll lead and manage the Referee Development Officer, ensuring a thriving programme for match officials.
• You'll have an operational focus, dedicated to retaining and progressing referees throughout their career pathway.
