Referee Development Lead Vacancy
The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA is delighted to offer a full-time position for a Referee Development Lead. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of our Referee Development Programme.

About the Role:
- You'll lead and manage the Referee Development Officer, ensuring a thriving programme for match officials.
- You'll have an operational focus, dedicated to retaining and progressing referees throughout their career pathway.
- You'll be passionate about referee development and share our values of being progressive, respectful, collaborative, and inclusive.
