How do I join the Referees Association?

LARSOAR
All registered referee are cordially invited to be in membership with one of the Branches of this Society. The Football Association and this Association recommends that it be to the advantage of every referee to attend the meetings and courses arranged during the season.
The objects of the society are;
1. To provide a forum for Branches to meet and discuss issues raised by members of the RAE and allowing unresolved issues to go to the CFA Referees Committee via the LARSOAR Rep, or to the Board of the RAE.
2. To provide a two way link between the Board of the RAE and Societies.
