The successful candidate will work within the regional skills team and deliver FA Skills coaching to 5-11 year olds through school curriculum lessons, whilst supporting primary school teachers and also engaging with holiday sessions and one-off events.

The role will include the planning, design and delivery of coaching sessions which accommodate differentiation within the 5-11 year age group and promote The England DNA. In addition you will be responsible for organising and promoting the sessions, as well as the completion of all related administration tasks and liaising with the various internal and external stakeholders.

As a Skills Coach you will spend approximately 20 hours of your week coaching and the remainder of the time planning and designing sessions, completing required administration tasks and associated travel across the county. The role will also require you to have a flexible approach to working hours, to include working weekends and evenings on a regular basis.

Salary: £19,000 pro rata, per annum
