Asian Community Consultations

Forum in Leicester to help shape The FA's current Inclusion plan

The Asian community consultation forums are happening over the next few weeks. These forums follow on from identical forums that took place 4 years ago which shaped The FA’s current Asian Inclusion plan ‘Bringing Opportunities to Communities’.

Once again there are eight forums in the eight most densely populated Asian areas of the country, to make sure you have your say about the future development of grassroots football. Each forum will consist of presentations, themed discussions on club and coach development, Talent ID and women’s and girls’ football and a panel Q&A session. We will have the charity Sporting Equals running a separate, independent focus group about your views on Asian inclusion in football. Inclusive refreshments will be provided at each forum.

Below are details of the remaining five of the eight forums:

Birmingham - Monday 5 November at Walsall FC, The Banks Stadium, Bescot Crescent, Walsall West Midlands WS1 4SA
Leicester - Tuesday 6 November at GNG Football Club Leicester, Riverside Football Ground, Braunstone Lane, East Leicester, LE3 2FW
Sheffield - Monday 12 November at Sheffield United FC, Cherry St, Sheffield S2 4SU
Burnley - Monday 19 November at Burnley FC, Turf Moor, 52-56 Harry Potts Way, Burnley BB10 4BX
Bradford - Monday 26 November at Bradford City FC, Valley Parade, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD8 7DY

All sessions above stat at 6pm and finish at 9.30pm.
