More Than A Coach- Leicestershire & Rutland CFA Coach Webinar- Friday 12^th February- 7.30-8.30pm

Following The FA’s ‘More than a coach’ webinar during black history month 2020 we will look to build upon the knowledge and experiences shared by Jason Roberts, Quinton Fortune and Darren Moore. We will discuss the impact you have, as a person and coach, upon your players and how coaches can support each other in both personal development and the challenging times we find ourselves in.

Leicestershire and Rutland CFA are pleased to be holding a follow up to The FA’s black history month webinar. Regional Coach Development Officer (Diversity & Inclusion), Lee Brown will be joined by guests to explore the long term impact a coach can have on their players through Behaviours, Actions and Practices.

To keep the session topical, we will look into:

• What challenges our players maybe facing during lockdown #3
• How we might support our players while no football can be played
• Ideas that could be applied to coaching when football returns
• Supporting each other; coach-coach
