Leicestershire and Rutland County FA Mascot Winner announced

‘Faith in Football’ is our Mascot Winner

‘Faith in football’ is our new mascot that will promote safeguarding in our county and be the face of our new youth hub.

The winning entry was drawn by 13-year-old Riley Naudusevics, who will now receive a trophy and some brilliant prizes for his efforts.

Following our successful competition, we had over 30 entries and some fantastic designs. It was a real hard decision to select the winner. The Winner was selected by our new Youth Task Force, that also relaunched in April. This group is made up of young people around the county that want to support the CFA with building a brighter future for the young people involved in football. The Youth Task Force will now be designing and helping our youth hub come to life and ‘Faith’ will be at the heart of it. They selected Riley’s drawing and named her faith.

We want to give a special mention to the other designers. You made the job of selecting a winner so hard. A thank you to each of you for putting the time into helping us with our mascot. A small token will be on there way to you soon.
