Clubs can apply for between £2,000-£10,000.

The Equal Game Fund is available to help clubs grow or develop female football at their club in pursuit of providing an ‘Equal Game’ for girls and women in football.

Applicants must be an England Accredited Club and have attended, or registered to attend, an upcoming Equal Game Workshop.

The Leicestershire and Rutland County FA will be hosting an Equal Game Workshop on Wednesday 13th May at Judgemeadow Community College, Marydene Drive, Leicester, LE5 6HP.

Clubs can apply for between £2,000-£10,000. Clubs will be asked to provide a breakdown of how the funding they are applying for will be spent.

Fund applications should be linked to one or more of the five key focus areas of the Equal Game Toolkit.

Clubs should consider other existing funding resources, such as the Barclays Community Football FundFootball Foundation Grants and Coaching Bursaries before applying to the Equal Game Fund.

All applications must be submitted here by 31st May at 5pm.

When will I be contacted?

Successful Clubs will be notified by 30th June with payment made following this.

Clubs will be contacted directly to monitor the spend of their Award, and to capture the impact of the Fund on their female provision.
