Football services
Recently we have seen both Dylan Clarke and Rachel Scase leave the association to further enhance their careers. Both have been long serving members with us and we couldn’t be happier that they have progressed in their respective areas of expertise especially as they are both in roles that will continue to work with us.
This has given us an opportunity to review and recruit two new personnel, as well as create a separate department to help service our football community better. To see all of our staff please click here.
Football Service
Football Service Lead – Jamie Clarke
Jamie, who has been with the association for 3 years, will take on the role to lead this team, support them in key areas, strengthen how and what we communicate and help streamline processes with efficiency gains. He will also support other staff in the office to ensure they have the knowledge, technology, communication tools and support they need in completing their work. He will additionally continue to hold the role of Deputy Safeguarding officer to ensure safeguarding and compliance is very much at the forefront of what we do.
Football Services Co-ordinator – Emma Green
Many of you will already know Emma as she has been with the association for just over two years. Emma will now take on the responsibility for Competitions which includes the County Cups, the coordination of Affiliation for all clubs and teams as well as Sanctioning of Leagues and Tournaments. Emma will also continue to support the Discipline process by conducting investigations, processing charges and acting as a discipline secretary.
Discipline Case Officer – Alex Francis
Alex joined the team on Monday 25th November. He will pick up where Rachel left off and manage the discipline cases for the association. Supported by Emma, Alex will be responsible for the whole Discipline process that includes investigations, processing charges, liaising with the FA, performing the role of Secretary in hearings and communicating the results.
Football Services Administrator – Josh Read
Josh also joined the team on Monday 25th November. Josh will become one of the first points of contact you will have with the Association. Looking after multiple inboxes, Josh will either answer your enquires or ensure your questions are directed to the correct officer. Josh will add to and enhance the communication channels we have, as well as ensure we are up-to date in the messages and initiatives we are delivering.
