FAQs

Yes. We operate seeding in both the Womens and Youth cups. Click the links to see how this happens. 

The designated SMS contact will receive a text, respond with the result.

To submit your squad list visit – www.leicestershirefa.com/home/cups-and-competitions/teamsheets this is required within 4 days of the fixture and failure to do so will result in a £10 fine.

Please email competitions@leicestershirefa.com stating the fixture along with the reason for not fulfilling. Please also make sure to contact the opposition and match official(s) to make them aware. Competitions committee will then decide on any further action and the outcome of the fixture.

With or without confirmation you are still expected to turn up for the fixture. Contact the opposition for the details of the fixture and then report late/non-confirmation to competitions@leicestershirefa.com 

The kick off time is the time that the home team usually kick off in the league. If the fixture is showing an incorrect time, please contact competitions@leicestershirefa.com so that we can amend this. In the mean-time please make your opposition and match official aware of the proper kick off time.

All referee queries should go to Charlie.Tissington@LeicestershireFA.com it will be likely that he has already been made aware but please drop him an email, stating the fixture and the referee’s name who cannot do the game.

On a match day you will need to print this form, complete it and hand a copy to both the opposition and the referee. 

If one official is appointed the away team pay the referee. If more than one official is appointed the officials fees are split equally between the two teams, unless a gate is being taken. If so, the gate money will go towards the officials with any remaining left over money being split between both teams. If the gate doesn’t cover the full officials payments, the remainder should be equally paid by both teams.
